Come on ye Allstars
Seth Armstrong would have been overjoyed with last night’s performance at Ye Olde Woolpack in Stockport, the crowd joined in as The Casino Allstars played through two brilliant sets including our latest two new numbers “I’m gonna run away from you” & “Some kind of wonderful” (Tami Lynn and The Drifters respectively). Several new faces in the crowd notably one nice guy who turned out to be the entertainments manager for The North West Beer Festival held at Stockport County’s ground Edgeley Park. We had a little chat and he bought our Cd “Do it to Soul” and with any luck we could be playing to 7000 people over four days next year, so watch this space.
Ye Olde Woolpack has such a warm atmosphere and if Ciders your drink your on a winner together with Mick’s famous Scottish pies, Just ask The Wizard who took a bag full home after the show. Now at least we know who ate all the pies.
