They have a selection of bands who play every other Saturday night but for sure they have never experienced anything like The Casino Allstars so it makes for a splendid night for all.

 It was business as usual at The Finger Post for The Casino Allstars, we expected numbers to be down a little as The Rat Pit Soul Night was being held on the same night less than a mile and a half away. There were about twenty of the regulars missing who were swiftly replaced by another larger batch of soul fans who came from all over the North West and as far as Halifax and Stoke. They didn’t let us down with all the cheering, singing, clapping etc. The room was so full you just could not move, I think we had more room than the crowd on our tight stage. We thank the staff and everyone who helped out on the night, We are always made welcome and the lager is so refreshing after we’ve finished our sets. This was our first outing after our annual January break and it was great to get back stuck in, and you the crowd made it easy for us as we bounced off each other, we as a band love to play in front of anyone local or from afar but the word is getting around fast with booking enquiries flooding in from Wales and Bury  just this week. Just a reminder to the Northern Soul fraternity. High Lane Con Club, Buxton Road ( A6), High Lane Stockport. SK6 8DR. Soul Night on 28th Jan with Ged  and Steve plus guest DJ Dave Stubbs. 7.30 till late. Bar last orders 12 midnight. Hope you can make it.

The crowd were fantastic at this end of year soul bash, the drinks flowed and the music filled the air with that great Northern Soul atmosphere that you can only get with The Casino Allstars. It was our third booking at The Rock House this year thanks to Gary the Land Lord who is a massive Northern Soul fan and his lovely missus Mandy. They welcomed the New Year in with all their friends with a night to remember, the night went so quickly with The Casino Allstars doing two spots plus  a Disco and Buffet in between. Together with a Chinese lantern for each table set off at midnight and Karaoke / Disco  going on till 4.30am everyone went home happy and without any problems.

The band would like to thank Gary, Mandy and everyone at The Rock House for the support they gave us on the night and hope to meet up again soon in 2012.

Thank you to each and every one of you for your support throughout 2011, we have had a wonderful year with so many great gigs to look back on. We hope you have enjoyed it as much as we have, we look forward to 2012 and everything it brings to the band.

 We would like to thank also the venues [too many to mention] that have booked the band throughout 2011 as we all know with the economy the way it is every penny counts and we appreciate their support and get up and go for it approach. We understand that we are booked to increase numbers and takings as well as putting on a show to be remembered. It is to our credit that more often than not, we are asked to return again and again much to the crowds delight.
